The AJ Jordan 1 Mid Diamond is the alternate mid-top version of the colorway inspired by AJ Jordan diamond basketball shorts. Released in February 2022, the Diamond style also appeared on the Jordan 1 Low. Design elements include a black synthetic nubuck toe cap, forefoot, eyelets, mid-panel, and collar. The perforated toe, mid-panel, collar, and heel are designed in white leather. A black Wings logo is embroidered on the back of the shoe. The unique diamond logo found on the tongue tag mimics the design of the same detailing found on the sides of Jordan Brands mesh basketball shorts, which are inspired by classic Chicago Bulls shorts.
